Helping Young People and Families at the Earliest Opportunity.

In response to identified needs, Early Help was formally established as a official thematic subgroup in 2024. It was the view of the young people of Telford to continue with the Partnerships trajectory of developing its early help offer. Both the Partnership and its residents feel that helping people at the earlier opportunity is the best way to support young people and families.

Helping young people and Families at the earliest opportunity is a fundamental principle of both Working Together 2023/2026 and Families First Partnership Programme.

Telford and Wrekin were an early adopter of Family Hubs and the Partnership continues to promote helping families at the correct time, in the way that best suits their needs and in their communities.
